Planning Applications
Upton St Leonards are consultees for planning applications in our parish, however the controlling authority is Stroud District Council. The Parish Council will submit their own response that they feels best represents the Parish as a whole and inline with the policies laid out in the Local Plan and NPPF.
If you have comments regarding a local planning application; then please make them direct to Stroud District Councils via the Public Access Portal - The Parish Council will check all comments made on the District Council Website before they consider their response to the application.
